Chili-N-Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef meat
    2 cans chili beans
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown 1 pound ground meat and drain.
    Add chili beans and simmer.
    Blend together cheese and taco seasoning, cream and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Add blended mixture to meat and beans.
    Heat all together.
    Serve over chips.
