Beef And Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 young yellow squash
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Slice squash and boil for 5 minutes in salt; drain and place in a buttered dish.
    Add onion and bell pepper.
    Put margarine over this.
    Brown 1/2 to 1 pound ground beef and add to casserole. Season to taste.
    Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
    Bake for about 20 minutes at 300\u00b0.
