Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 medium onion
    1 medium green pepper
    2 pkg. French's spaghetti mix with mushrooms
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 large cans tomato paste
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and green pepper; drain well.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer, covered, on low for 1 1/2 hours at least.
