Pie Crust(Fat-Free) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. oil (canola oil or any fat-free oil)
1/3 c. warm water
Preparation

Measure flour into large bowl.
Add oil to flour and mix well until like soft putty.
Add warm water and mix by hand until all water is absorbed.
Roll out between 2 pieces of wax paper that have been lightly floured.
Makes 2 pies.
