Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    22 crackers, crushed
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. minced dry onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Beat egg; stir in milk, onion, salt and pepper.
    Add 2/3 cup crumbs.
    Add corn.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Melt butter; add rest of crumbs.
    Mix; sprinkle over corn mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
