Easy Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 bag frozen fruit
1 c. self-rising flour or plain flour with 1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
Preparation

Melt butter in 2-quart glass baking dish in microwave.
Stir together flour and 1 cup sugar.
Add milk and mix well.
Pour mixture into baking dish.
Stir gently to mix with the butter. Add fruit that has been tossed with remaining sugar.
Don't stir. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
Serves 6.
