Ingredients

4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells
1 c. coconut
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
Preparation

Beat eggs until light.
Add milk; mix flour and sugar and add to the egg mixture.
Stir in coconut and flavoring.
Pour into crust and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 400\u00b0.
