Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour
3 jars baby food carrots (small or large)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)*
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Grease 10 x 15 jelly roll pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool and frost.
