Avocado Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe medium avocados, peeled and pitted
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 small onion, grated
Preparation
    Mash
    avocados and blend in rest of ingredients.
    Makes 2 to 2 1/2 cups of dip.
    Serve with corn chips.
