Unreal Mayonnaise-Quickie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. water
1/2 c. soyagen powder*
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. apple juice concentrate
1/2 tsp. orange juice concentrate
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. corn oil
3 Tbsp. instant Clearjel
1/4 tsp. citric acid or lemon juice

Preparation

*For improved flavor, use 1/4 cup soyagen powder and 1/4 cup almond powder.
