Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. sweet cooking chocolate
    1/3 c. light cream
    1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
Preparation
    In top of double boiler, combine sugar and 2 tablespoons cream.
    Cook over boiling water until sugar is dissolved.
    Cut up both kinds of chocolate.
    Remove double boiler from heat, but leave top over bottom.
    Add chocolate to cream mixture, stirring until melted.
    With spoon, beat in remaining cream.
    Serve warm. Makes 1 cup.
