Chicken Rotel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium hen
    2 large chopped bell peppers
    2 large onions
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    7 oz. vermicelli
    1 can Ro-Tel
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    2 lb. Velveeta
    1 can English peas
Preparation
    Boil hen in at least 1 1/2 quarts water.
    Saute peppers and onions in butter.
    Cook vermicelli in broth; leave in.
    Add Ro-Tel and 1/2 of the cheese to broth.
    Add Worcestershire.
    Cook until thick.
    Cut up cheese; stir until melted.
    Add drained peas and onion mixture.
    Remove chicken from bone.
    Add salt and pepper. Place in 3-quart casserole.
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
