Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. plain flour (unsifted)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 apples, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. orange juice
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together.
Mix oil, eggs, sugar, nuts, apples, vanilla and orange juice.
Combine with dry ingredients. Spread into a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
