Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. shredded zucchini
    8 oz. Swiss cheese
    1 c. Bisquick
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. salt
    onion (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix oil, eggs, Bisquick and spices.
    Next, mix in zucchini and cheese.
    Place in 2 greased pie pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until brown on top.
