Mike'S Mexican Eggrolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 small can chopped green chiles
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    2/3 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. Casino Monterey Jack cheese
    1 pkg. eggroll wrappers
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    Add the next 7 ingredients.
    Cover; simmer for 10 minutes.
    Uncover; cook an additional 5 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed.
    Set aside.
