Ham Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1/2 c. chopped almonds
    3 dashes of Tabasco
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. dried mustard
    1/4 tsp. pickapeppa sauce
    1/4 tsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. pepper and salt
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. chives
    1 pkg. sliced deli ham (1 lb.)
Preparation
    Bring cheese to room temperature.
    Mash well with fork.
    Add remaining ingredients except ham and mix well.
    Put a tablespoon of mixture on each slice of ham and spread evenly.
    Roll ham lengthwise and place folded side down on cookie sheet; cover with Saran Wrap and freeze for 45 minutes.
    Remove and slice each roll into 9 to 10 pieces.
    Makes about 3 dozen.
    They may be stored in freezer up to 6 weeks.
