Susan'S Ever Famous And Delicious Chinese Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 heads lettuce, shredded
    2 boneless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. Chinese rice vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
    1 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
    2 to 3 oz. cellophane noodles
    4 scallions, chopped
    3 to 4 Tbsp. roasted almonds
    2 to 3 Tbsp. sesame seed (optional)
    Chinese hot oil
Preparation
    Take shredded lettuce and line a large platter.
    Bake the chicken breasts with soy sauce and cool.
    Shred chicken and marinate.
