Vanilla Pudding Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
1/2 c. margarine
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
5 to 6 c. flour
Preparation

Cook pudding as directed, adding margarine as the pudding cooks.
Cool.
Mix yeast with warm water and add sugar.
Mix pudding and yeast mixture together.
Beat in eggs and salt.
Add flour, mixing well.
Knead lightly.
Put into greased bowl.
Cover with towel and let rise for 2 hours.
Turn out onto lightly floured surface and form into rolls.
Place into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover and let rise for 1 1/2 hours.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until browned.
