Cherry Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. softened margarine
1 envelope whipped topping mix
1/2 c. cold milk
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cans cherry pie filling
Preparation

Combine
flour,
brown\tsugar,\tpecans\tand
margarine. Press into a
13\tx
9-inch
baking
pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes; cool.
Crumble
crust and firmly press back into pan. Combine whipped topping mix and milk.
Whip until fluffy.
Set aside. Combine cream cheese, Eagle Brand milk, powdered sugar and vanilla;
mix
well and fold into whipped topping.\tSpread mixture over
crust
and
top
with pie filling.
Chill for 12 hours.
