Greek Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
2 c. moist breadcrumbs
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/8 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Brown onion in butter or margarine.
Place in bowl with meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, seasonings and blend well.
Shape into bite-size balls; roll in flour; fry until done.
