Tart Green Beans With Bacon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. green beans
4 slices bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Wash, cut off ends and cut green beans into crosswise pieces. Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until tender (frozen or canned green beans may be substituted for fresh beans.
