Chipmunk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large egg
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
2 large Delicious apples
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts

Preparation

Combine ingredients.
Toss until well mixed.
Place in small (8-inch) buttered pie pan.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
(Mixture bakes into torte-like pie.)
Serve warm with ice cream.
