Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can pumpkin
1 (8 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. sugar
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Put pumpkin, eggs, sugar and spices in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
Pour in milk and fold into mixture.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool and serve.
