Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 med. head of cabbage about 2 lb.
1 Tbsp. salt

Preparation

Shred cabbage fine.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon salt on cabbage, cover and set in refrigerator one hour.
