24 Hour Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage, shredded fine
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onion
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    red and green pepper, if you like
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine, mixing well, and let stand at least 24 hours to ripen.
    Before using, mix twice.
    Keep in refrigerator, covered well.
    Will keep quite a few days.
