Stuffed Franks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 franks
    2/3 c. grated cheese
    1 envelope instant potatoes
Preparation
    Prepare potatoes according to package.
    Add cheese, pepper and salt to taste. Steam franks until puffed.
    Slit lengthwise and fill with potato mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
