Light As A Feather Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cake flour
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    milk
Preparation
    Break eggs into a measuring cup and fill with milk until it is 3/4 full.
    Beat the eggs and milk together.
    Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
    Drop batter by spoonfuls into simmering stock. Simmer 3 minutes on other side.
    Serve at once.
    Serves 6 to 8.
