Raisin Sour Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. vanilla pudding (6 serving size)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
    1/2 to 3/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine pudding mix, sugar, water and raisins in 2-quart microwave-safe bowl.
    Cook at High 4 minutes.
    Stir well and cook 2 minutes longer.
    Stir again and cook 2 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.
    Stir in sour cream, blending well.
    Pour in baked pie shell.
    When cool, garnish with Cool Whip.
