Low-Fat Easy Turkey Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 celery stalk, diced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. defatted turkey broth or 1 c. canned chicken broth
    1 c. evaporated skim milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Lightly coat a medium saucepan with nonstick cooking spray. Add onion and celery and cook over medium heat until tender (about 5 minutes), stirring occasionally.
    Sprinkle flour over vegetables in pan and stir until flour is browned, about 3 to 4 minutes.
    Stir in turkey or chicken broth and evaporated milk.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes.
    Strain to remove vegetables.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
