Baked Sausages With Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/4 lb. hot or sweet Italian sausage
4 potatoes, peeled
2 red peppers
2 green peppers
2 medium onions
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
2 green onions, sliced
dash of ground pepper
Preparation

Poke the sausages with a fork in a few places.
Slice potatoes and onions.
Cut peppers into strips.
In a large pan, layer potatoes, onions and peppers.
Place sausages on top of vegetables. Sprinkle with oregano and pepper.
Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.
Sprinkle green onions over top before serving.
