Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 c. margarine
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
7 1/2 qt. popped corn
Preparation

Mix together first 4 ingredients in heavy saucepan.
Cook 5 minutes over low heat.
Remove from heat and add soda.
Stir well and pour over popped corn in bowl large enough to mix well.
Coat popped corn evenly.
Divide onto 2 large cookie sheets.
Bake 1 hour at 200\u00b0.
Stir popped corn every 15 minutes.
