Best Ever Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hot pork sausage
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. Barber's French Onion dip
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    30 oz. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
    2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. chopped green onion
    1/2 c. red pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook and drain sausage and set aside.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Put half of the mixture into greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
    Sprinkle with the sausage.
    Cover with the remaining potato mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
