Cinnamon Flip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 heaping c. sugar
    1 rounded spoon shortening
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening.
    Add milk, egg, flour and baking powder.
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Smooth mixture in pan with spatula.
    Sift a sprinkling of flour over top.
    Dab with butter and brown sugar cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
