Crowd Pleasing Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 large potatoes, peeled, cooked and sliced
    2 c. salad dressing
    1/3 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. mustard
    10 hard-cooked eggs
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. light cream
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a large bowl.
    Separate eggs.
    Chop whites and add to potatoes with onion; toss gently.
    In another bowl, mash yolks with salad dressing.
    Cream vinegar, sugar, mustard and salt; pour over potatoes and stir to coat.
    Cover and chill.
    Makes 16 to 20 servings.
