Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of salt
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Beat sugar into eggs gradually.
    Stir in next 6 ingredients. Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
