Round Steak Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. water
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 (24 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 lb. round steak
2 Tbsp. oil
2 tsp. minced onions
salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. marjoram
Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Combine egg and water; combine Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
Dip meat into egg mixture, then into Parmesan cheese mixture.
In a large skillet, brown coated meat in oil.
Transfer to a greased shallow casserole.
In same skillet, cook onion until soft.
Stir in salt, pepper, sugar, marjoram and tomato sauce. Simmer 5 minutes.
Pour over meat.
Cover and bake 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0.
Uncover and top with cheese slices.
Bake until cheese melts.
