German Style Pork Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork steaks, cut 1/2-inch thick
    1 Tbsp. lard or drippings
    1 (1 lb., 13 oz.) can drained sauerkraut
    1 (16 oz.) can drained tomatoes
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Salt and pepper black ribs to taste.
    Place in \"roast-in-bag\" (hole in top), wrapped in heavy foil.
    Put over coals and cover with big pot.
    Heat for 45 minutes.
    Take out of bag, then grill with basting of mustard sauce on both sides.
    Place back in foil and heat on back of grill until ready to serve.
