Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. salad oil (any brand)
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl; add eggs and salad oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Do not beat.
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, nuts and bananas and spoon into three 9-inch well-greased and floured pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes and remove to cool completely.
