Crunchy Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 head lettuce
    1 small onion, diced
    1 tomato, diced
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. mild taco sauce
    1 pkg. nacho chips, crushed
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown ground beef and break into small pieces.
    Carefully drain off fat and let cool.
    Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces in a large bowl.
    Then add the onion, tomato, cheese and the ground beef.
    Mix well.
