Romano Chix Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts minus skin and bone
    Italian bread crumbs
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    pinch of oregano
    pinch of parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. Romano cheese
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Cut chicken into large pieces.
    Mix eggs, milk oregano, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture, then roll in bread crumbs.
    Pan-fry chicken in lightly oiled pan for 2 minutes each side.
    Place in 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with Romano cheese and bake at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
