Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1 large can evaporated milk, chilled and whipped
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Make crust of graham crackers and melted butter, enough to make good base for filling.
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; add sugar and cream cheese.
Whip with electric mixer.
Add vanilla and let cool, then add the whipped cream in Jell-O mixture and sprinkle a little of the graham crackers on top and chill for several hours.
