Casserole Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    2 medium onions
    celery
    carrots
    potatoes, cubed
    1 qt. V-8 cocktail juice
    2 tsp. salt
    2 or 3 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. tapioca
Preparation
    Mix together salt, sugar and tapioca.
    Sprinkle over layer of meat and vegetables.
    Pour V-8 juice over all.
    Cover and bake for 6 hours at 250\u00b0 or place in crock-pot for 8 hours on low.
