Macaroni Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Tillamook or American cheese, grated
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. macaroni, cooked and cooled
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 bell pepper
    1 small can pimiento
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt butter and grated cheese in double boiler.
    Put pimiento, pepper and macaroni through a coarse food chopper.
    Soak bread crumbs in milk.
    Combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly and place in a buttered casserole dish.
    Bake, uncovered, in a pan of water at 275\u00b0 for 2 hours.
