Pineapple Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

4 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple, drained
cinnamon
Preparation

Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating until each is combined.
Add sugar and vanilla and beat one minute.
Fold in pineapple.
Transfer mixture to pie shell.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Let pie cool.
Cover with Sour Cream Topping.
