Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

4 to 5 large baking potatoes
salt, pepper and paprika
1/2 stick margarine
1 small carton Velveeta cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 small carton sour cream
Preparation

In top of double boiler, melt cheese. Add sour cream and onions. Set aside. Peel, slice and cook potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain well. Place potatoes in 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole dish. Add salt and pepper to taste. Dot with margarine. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, until bubbly.
