Strawberry Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. fresh strawberries
1 c. softened butter
1 c. powdered sugar, sifted

Preparation

Place all ingredients in blender.
Cover and blend at high speed until smooth.
Stop blender often and push mixture toward blades with scraper.
Pack in 1/2 cup containers.
Refrigerate. Keep refrigerated.
