Chicken Continental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken pieces
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 1/2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. celery flakes
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1 1/3 c. water
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Roll chicken pieces in seasoned flour and brown in margarine. Remove chicken, add remaining ingredients except rice.
    Bring to a boil.
    Place uncooked rice in the mixture.
    Add chicken and pour remaining mixture over it.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
