Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chicken breast
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. chopped onion
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped chilies
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 doz. tortillas
Preparation
    Boil chicken in water until tender.
    Remove skin, cut into pieces.
    Heat soup, sour cream, onion and chilies for 5 minutes. Soften tortillas in oil and drain.
    Roll each with chicken and 2 tablespoons of soup mixture.
    Pour soup over top.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
