Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    onions, chopped
    celery, chopped
    Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    butter
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash zucchini.
    Put in microwave for one minute.
    Scoop out zucchini.
    Set scooped insides aside.
    Saute onions and celery. Add stuffing mix and the scooped out portion of zucchini along with a little water until right consistency.
    Stuff zucchini shell with this mixture.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
