Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs. hamburger
2 c. rice, cooked
1 28-oz. can whole cooked tomatoes
Salt
Garlic Salt
Preparation

In a skillet, cook hamburger with salt and garlic salt; drain and set aside.
Drain the tomato juice into the hamburger. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and add to the meat mixture.
Simmer 10-15 minutes.
Add the cooked rice and simmer until hot.
